Oak Creek Health Dept Wants Your Feedback

OAK CREEK, WI— The Health Department in Oak Creek is collecting information from residents related to how people are responding to the pandemic.

The Health Department is interesting in learning more about the actions you are or are not taking. To collecting the information, they are asking residents to take a survey.

The survey must be completed before the end of the day on November 25.

Results will be shared with the community and will be used to shape future messaging.
