Oak Creek to Host Third-Annual Fall Festival
The Fall Festival will have a variety of food options on the square including Cubanitas, Pizza Man and Shawarma House.

OAK CREEK, WI — The City of Oak Creek will host its third-annual Fall Festival at Drexel Town Square on Saturday, Oct. 19 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
The public is invited to this free community event to celebrate the autumn season. Kids can enjoy pumpkin decorating, sack races, pumpkin bowling and hayrides through Emerald Preserve. Adults can listen to the band SuperFly at 1 p.m. to try the best fall beers on tap.
The Fall Festival will have a variety of food options on the square including Cubanitas, Pizza Man and Shawarma House. The Drexel Town Square businesses will also be open, many offering specials.

“There are so many new activities,” said Kristin Craig, Destination Marketing Specialist for the City of Oak Creek “You can build a scarecrow, create your own caramel apples and take part in a costume contest. It’s really a unique event!”
The Fall Festival will also be the last day of the Oak Creek Farmers Market. All regular market vendors will participate in the Harvest Market and all craft vendors are welcomed back.

“For the last twenty weeks our farmers have provided locally grown products” said Dawn Carrillo, Oak Creek Farmers Market Manager “The Harvest Market will take place during regular farmers market hours, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., with many of the vendors staying until 6 p.m. This is the last opportunity to purchase homegrown products this season.”
Guests will enjoy fall-inspired activities throughout the afternoon. Families can weave through the pumpkin patch or stop by the petting farm to feed barnyard animals. Attendees can also stop by the Salvation Army booth for a pumpkin decorating activity.
Those who donate a nonperishable food item will receive a free pumpkin and decorating supplies.
