Oak Creek Man Arrested After Pointing Gun At Group: Cops

Police said the man was arrested and could face a state charge of intentionally pointing a firearm at a person.

OAK CREEK, WI — A 40-year-old Oak Creek man has been arrested after police say he pointed a handgun in the direction of three people on the 8000 block of S. Wildwood Drive Sunday afternoon.

According to police call logs, officers were sent to the area just before 5 p.m. on a report that the man was confronted by three men, who accused him of being physical with one of the siblings of the three accusers.

Police call logs stated that the man was a legal conceal-carry license holder.

According to Oak Creek police call logs, an argument ensued between the 40-year-old man and his three accusers. Police said the man pulled out a 9 mm handgun and pointed it in the direction of the three men, as well as four women who were also nearby.
