Oak Creek Police Say Man Passed Out In Culver's Parking Lot
Police in Oak Creek say they arrested a man at the Oak Creek Culver's on suspicion of using heroin and possessing drug paraphernalia.

OAK CREEK, WI — Police in Oak Creek say a man suspected of using heroin had to be revived in the Culver's parking lot last week. He's now facing several drug-related charges, police say.
According to Oak Creek police call logs, officers were sent to the Culver's at 7841 S. Howell Ave. just after 9:30 p.m. on Aug. 21 on a report of a man who had been passed out in his running SUV in the parking lot for the last hour.
Police call logs indicated that officers found the man passed out in the driver's seat. An officer knocked on the driver's side window several times, and the man did not wake up, police said.

According to call logs, the man was "able to be awakened by opening the door and yelling at him."
Police said the officer suspected the driver may have been using heroin. When police searched the vehicle, they reported finding 1.5 grams of a substance that appeared to be heroin, call logs stated.

Oak Creek police said they also found a marijuana pipe among other drug paraphernalia.
According to call logs, the man was revived and arrested on suspicion of several drug-related charges.
