Oak Creek Woman Accused of Sexual Assault Involving Toddler
A 24-year-old woman reportedly made a toddler perform sex acts on her and filmed two such incidents.

An Oak Creek woman allegedly sexually assaulted a toddler and made videos of two of the incidents, according to a Racine Journal Times report.
Prosecutors say Jessica I. Bell, 24, is accused of making the toddler perform sex acts on her, including some with sex toys, the newspaper reported. The alleged incidents occurred while she lived with her brother in Racine between November 2012 and March.Â
She has been charged with 10 felonies, according to online records. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Oct. 24. Â
In an initial court appearance Monday, an assistant district attorney called the allegations "very egregious" and said Bell is "looking at over 100 years" in prison, according to the Journal Times.Â
