Students Return To Virtual Learning, 230 Students Are Quarantined
Of the 230 quarantined students, a majority of the students are from the high school.
OAK CREEK, WI—Students in the Oak Creek-Franklin Joint School District pivoted back to all virtual learning Monday as school district leaders worried about the evolving number of cases of coronavirus in the community.
Currently there are 230 quarantined students, according to school district data released October 15. Of them, a majority of the students are from Oak Creek High School.
According to school district data released October 15, there are currently seven known cases of coronavirus among high school students. There are eight other cases across the other schools within the district, but the schools were not pinpointed, as is standard in fewer than five cases per location, to protect the privacy of the ill.
