'Torrential Rain, Pea-Sized Hail, High Winds' Coming Monday: NWS

MILWAUKEE, WI — Torrential rain and high winds are coming in a line of strong thunderstorms Monday afternoon into early evening, the National Weather Service says.

According to the National Weather Service, a cluster of strong thunderstorms was moving into the area along a broken line extending from Brookfield to Paddock Lake.

Winds of 30 to 40 miles per hour, and pea size hail are possible with these storms, according to the NWS.

"Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms, and may cause localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways," the NWS said.
