U.K Firm Acquires Karl's Event Services

Karl's Event Services, which maintains its corporate headquarters in Oak Creek, has been acquired by U.K.-based Arena Group.

Jim Koza, vice president of sales and marketing for Karl’s Event Services, told Patch's media partners at BizTimes Milwaukee the company will be able to expand its product offering.

But things will largely stay "business as usual," he told the newspaper. No staff reductions are expected.

Karl's Event Services, 7000 S. 10th St., provides rental equipment such as tents, tables and chairs. The company also has locations in Orlando, New York, Maryland and California.
