Vaccine Clinic For Anyone 12 And Up In Oak Creek Thursday
The Oak Creek Health Department will be holding a Pfizer vaccine clinic for anyone 12 and up at Oak Creek High School Thursday from 3-6 p.m.

OAK CREEK, WI—The Oak Creek Health Department is holding a free vaccine clinic at Oak Creek High School from 3-6 p.m. Thursday, according to a Facebook post from the department.
Sign up for the clinic ahead of time online. The clinic will provide the first shot of the Pfizer vaccine. The second shot will be administered on July 1 at the Oak Creek Health Department, the post said. Those unable to attend the second dose are asked not to register, the clinic website said.

Only those 12 and up can receive the vaccine because the FDA has not authorized any vaccine for those younger than 12. Parent or guardians should be present with minors at the appointment, but minors 16 or older can also bring a completed parental consent form to the appointment.
The clinic will be held at Oak Creek High School located at 340 E Puetz Road in Oak Creek. Enter the clinic through gym door #3 near the main entrance, the clinic website said.
