There is a marginal risk of severe thunderstorms mainly late this afternoon and tonight west of a berlin to portage to spring green Line. Hail will be the primary threat.

There is a chance of thunderstorms this afternoon mainly north and West of madison...As more unstable air moves in ahead of low Pressure exiting the northern plains to northern Minnesota. There Is a chance of thunderstorms across most of the area tonight.
