‘Time Traveler’ Blames Aliens For Drunkenness: Wyoming Police
A Wyoming man claiming to be from 2048 says aliens filled him with alcohol and blasted him to the past to provide a warning to earthlings.

CASPER, WY — A man claiming to be a time traveler from the year 2048 was arrested in Casper earlier this week on public intoxication charges after he warned residents they should leave as soon as possible because aliens would be coming for them next year. When police talked to him Monday, Oct. 2, he said aliens had placed him on a launch pad and filled him with alcohol, which apparently acted as rocket fuel that blasted him back in time.
It all went wrong, though. He was supposed to end up in the year 2018, but the miscalculation landed him in Casper in 2017, according to KCWO-TV in Casper. (Sign up for newsletters and real-time news alerts from Casper Patch. If you have an iPhone, click here to get the free Patch iPhone app.)
The aliens apparently did not want to make a surprise appearance, but the man did not tell police why the other-worldly beings asked him to go back in time and warn them of their arrival in about three decades.
