Westmont Living of Encinitas Now Open in North County

Westmont Living, a family-owned senior living provider, announces the opening of its 17th community at 1920 South El Camino Real, Encinitas, CA 92024. The 93,467-square foot, two-story, Contemporary Coastal senior living community features 93 studio, one- and two-bedroom apartment homes for independent and assisted living. The building’s common areas encompass dedicated areas for social gatherings; meeting rooms that can also be used by community groups; a library, movie theater, heated exercise pool, and fitness facility that is staffed with occupational therapists. The building will also be staffed with licensed nurses. Three outdoor patios feature native plants, walking paths, and courtyard seating. The building is pet-friendly and features a dedicated dog park. There is ample, free parking for both residents and their guests.

The most unique feature of the Encinitas property is a green roof that contains living vegetation. This roof improves storm-water management, offers better regulation of the building temperatures, and provides an environmentally friendly urban wildlife habitat.
