City’s response to the Fraudulent Construction Work by GCC!
So after seeing the city's response to my photos showing that no Sub Base work was done on the Old Base Under the Asphalt that wasn't remove
So the photos taken on 10/17/19 show the contractor just ground a 8’ wide path in the old asphalt and started dumping new fill at he same time to cover up the fact that the Scarifying and removal of tree roots, and re compacting the top 6” to a 90% compaction.
The third party compaction testing didn’t start until the 19th. The tests were all done on the New Base installed in the 17th and 18th.
So this just proves the Contractors Fraud, and the City’s attempt to cover it up.

Also all the Concrete testing was done at the Batch Plant! Not on site as required! All the Cement Trucks have a Water Tank that is piped up into the Mixing Tank. So if they are doing a Pumping job, the drivers stop along the way and add water makes it easier to pump.
That’s why the tests samples are taken on the job site along with the Slump tests. And the amount of water is documented on each truck then they arrive, and depart.

And you can see the Sidewalk all ready cracked because you saved a couple of bucks on the wire.
As for the Removal of the ADA Designed curb as shown on Graymill Court design, the change was made after the fact as the photos show that the curb was poured way before the change order was made to cover your asses!
My hundreds of time and date stamped photos show you are lying and covering up for the Fraudulent Construction Work done by GCC.
Every morning the cracks are wider. Once it rains, the water will seep down the cracks.
And that’s why real construction follows the UBC! And follows the Recommendations of the Engineering firm they hired!
And they followed part of the ADA Title 24 Requirements for Trail / Path Access Codes.
But they didn’t specify the 10’ minimum width for all Paths and trails. Especially if it’s a mixed use path.
