Must all be repaired or replaced.

The city says they don’t have to follow the Federal Code Title 24 for ADA Requirements for the Disabled! They Removed a ADA Access to Park!
As you can see the drainage problem wasn’t fixed, it was made worse by raising the whole Path up by 6” because of the Fraud by City!
At every cold joint the Rebars Are Sitting in the dirt. They can’t be raised up once concrete is poured and cured!
