Fight Over McNuggets, Stolen Credit Cards and More From the Local Police Files

A woman attacked a McDonald’s employee after getting into a fight over unpaid chicken McNuggets on Wednesday, May 1. Police say a woman and man ordered McNuggets, but did not pay for them. When the cashier asked for the money, the suspects replied that they had already paid. A disagreement ensued, at which point the McDonald’s employee threw a soda at the customers’ BMW. The female passenger then exited the car, entered the McDonalds and proceeded to beat up the female employee. The suspect drove off before police arrived and no arrests were made.

A Laurelwood Drive resident reported that their credit card number was used to make $300 worth of purchases at a Miami Express store.

Alexandra Chapa, 19, and a Rohnert Park resident was arrested last Saturday, May 4 at Foxtail Golf Course after she grabbed at a police officer. Police responded to the course after receiving reports that Chapa and 22-year-old Miguel Roa were yelling and acting unruly. The pair was also charged with public intoxication, with Roa also cited for being in violation of probation.

A woman reported receiving annoying phone calls and being harassed on Facebook by her father’s ex-girlfriend on Friday, May 3. The suspect is blaming the young woman for breaking up their relationship.

Someone broke into a storage unit at Self-Storage on Martin Avenue on Friday, May 3 and stole a rototiller.

David Ortega, 27, of Rohnert Park, was arrested Thursday, May 2 and charged with burglary shoplifting from Wal-Mart. Police say he stole about $100 worth of merchandise, then attempted to return it in exchange for cash.

Ellis Wiegland, 43, was arrested Thursday, May 2 on charges of domestic violence assault with injury.

Michael Beacham, 26, of Santa Rosa, was arrested Tuesday, April 30, on charges of false imprisonment of an elder person, battery with serious injury, causing harm to an elder and vandalism, at a home on Copeland Creek Drive. It’s not clear what the relationship is between Beacham and the victim and police did not disclose further information because of the nature of the crime.
