G Park, the Cesspool of the city’s parks doesn’t meet ADA
hundreds of thousands of dollars put in a contaminated, non structural sound building, that is loaded with ACMs (asbestos contain materials)
So they can pump a million dollars into a run down building that couldn’t pass a earthquake structure inspection, a Electrical code inspection, and they didn’t do the remeadition on the mold or the Asbestos. They just painted over it.
but they can’t make the Golis Park ADA Compliant! The walkways have grass, pot holes, broken edges because the sidewalks weren’t made for the cities utility trucks to drive on.
The fields are dangerous because of the cracks. They haven’t plugged the fields in years.
the field isn’t useable at all.
The G Section Stormwater Drainage System is backed up by 20” of sediment. And causes the flows to be exaggerated.
It’s right next to a Elevated Playground that’s in Violation of all Federal Public Playground Safety Requirements.
And next to a million dollar Creek Path that’s only 8’ wide, when the ADA Required Path Size is 10’ wide, and recommend a 12’ one, if space allows. There used to be a 12’ one.
