Goldridge Recreation Center Building’s numerous safety violations

So besides the fact that all the Gutters leak everywhere, for a cost of $600,000.00. But the building is in such bad shape besides it doesn’t meet any ADA codes.
It looks like the Mold is back up at one of the ceiling lights. None of the exterior lights meet the electrical code. Or the required lighting Incase of a power loss inside, and people, some with Handicaps, have to get out fast.

All the old Power Boxes aren’t secured.

Old compressors not secured. And their power switch boxes not secured.

Broken sidewalks around building.

Cracked Basketball courts.

Electrical wires coming out of wall.

Rusting Doors with Sharp edges.

Insufficient lighting around the outside. People partying on all sides.
