Goldridge Recreation Center New Roof Gutters All Leak!
The rain water runs down the smooth roof panels, and goes right over the top of the gutters. Plus they leak at all the Downspouts connectio.
And of coarse the City’s Projects group still hasn’t had anyone look at the $600,000.00 New Roof when it’s raining out. They don’t want to get wet in the rain. Or they know their work is so sub standard from the Champ Report, they are afraid to look any further. The whole job leaks water from all the gutters.
But hey, they straightened out the tilted roof vent!
so I went over in the rain again to take photos for you.
