Goldridge Recreation Center Roof Job for $600,000.00 is Leaking!

So the Contractor has finished the sub standard job done for $600,000.00 of your tax dollars. The Gutters leak everywhere. No one came out during the rain storm to see how it preformed. So I sent them all emails with photos. The whole City has been kept informed about all the code violations, and sub standard work by contractors. The CHAMP Report proved the work done was of poor quality. And there wasn’t any QA/QC during construction.

The whole job was wasted tax money because the whole Goldridge School Site is out of all ADA Requirements. The administration building is rotting away.
Playgrounds are full of holes and cracks with grass growing out of them.

Grass fields have holes and low spots that holes water.

Meanwhile the Golis Park across the street is a disgrace. Paths all broken, pot holes all over, cracks and changes in elevations. Tripping hazards everywhere.

Basketball and tennis courts are in sad shape. No surface left, cracks with grass growing in them.

Grass areas are so bad with holes, they have to have a sign posting they aren’t to be used for sports.

The Elevated Playground is out of all of the Federal Public Playground Safety Requirements. It’s so bad when you comparing it to H Parks Playground.

No drainage under the bark.

And the condition of the courts.

Now go to Honeybee Park and see the difference. They are treated better then the G section residents.

I just saw that the contractor is back inside with a man lift. I wonder what they are trying to hide now. The fact that all the repairs on top of the roof, were because of water still getting inside. More to come.
