Making Hot Sauce In Sebastopol: 'Bacteria Whisper’er' Will Show You How

SEBASTOPOL - If hot and tangy teases your taste buds, a workshop coming up at a Sebastopol barn should please your palette.

Jennifer Harris, a local “Bacteria Whisper’er,” will teach local residents how to make their own hot sauce at home using proper chili pepper fermentation techniques.

According to CropMobster, Harris, the Farm to Fermentation Festival and Vital Alchemy founder, will demonstrate “How to make fermented hot sauce” in a workshop setting at the Laguna Farm barn, 1720 Cooper Rd. in Sebastopol, on Thursday, July 28.

The workshop is scheduled to begin at 2:00 p.m.
