Million dollar Fraudulent Construction Work being covered up!
The City's been sitting on the info for weeks, and not one interview yet.
So after I showed all the Fraudulent Construction Work done by the City’s favorite contractor, the city is dragging their feet to do the investigation. There no excuse for the delay. And the ADA Trail And Bike Path Require a 10’ wide bike path. So putting the 8’ to 12” wide dimension on the top of the Path Detail is wrong. They just said Trail. It’s not a trail, it’s a Class 1 Mixed Use Bike path.
So not only the inspector let the contractor commit the Fraudulent Construction Work when he had the whole Lump Sum Bid Design in his position. So I first brought the proof to the City’s Projects Group, And was told they would investigate it. But it’s been weeks and not one interview has been done. They can’t drag their feet and make it go away. And now the Contractor is out doing unsupervised work all over the city.
So I guess I should apply for the whistle blower reward for exposing this fraudulent contract work.
