The driver of the car was not injured and was still inside his car when officers got to the scene.
"The investigation so far has revealed that the driver of the motorcycle was traveling north on Farmers Lane at Hoen Avenue," Ludtke said. "The second vehicle was traveling south on Farmers Lane when it turned east onto Hoen at the intersection. The motorcycle collided into the passenger side of the vehicle and ejected the motorcyclist from his motorcycle."
Farmers Lane was closed in both directions until 10:15 a.m. as the fatal collision was investigated. Police said it did not appear drugs or alcohol were factors.
The investigation was ongoing; police encouraged anyone with pertinent information to call Officer Jeff Adams at 707-543-3636.
