No ADA Access To New Creek Path, City Had it Removed!
The city refused to do the Upgrade of the ADA Sidewalk Entrance on Garmont and Gaspar Courts and Removed the Graymill Court one and put Curb
So the city got caught letting their favorite contractor Fraudulent work take place. Then they covered up the information and said they made changes that reflect the work that the Contractor Didn't do. none of the Contract work was done to the Lump Sum Bid Design Specifications! And they didn’t fix the out of code Sidewalks on Gaspar and Garmont Courts as you can see.
and the ADA Trail and Path Requirements show a 10’ wide mix use Creek Path. And the original was listed as a Bike Path Repaving Project.
