No Drainage along The whole path before, now it’s much Worse!
As you can see the drainage problem wasn't fixed, it was made worse by raising the whole Path up by 6" because of the Fraud by City!
So if the Engineer confirmed all drainage flows were followed, then the Engineer is also part of the Fraudulent Construction Work by GCC Coverup! Kirk has brought the whole Project group into his lies to cover up the Fraudulent Construction Work.
As you can clearly see the facts are in the before and after photos. They were supposed to eliminate the standing water because it becomes Stagnant and Dangerous to out kids and Pets.
so no the Proper flows were followed is a complete Lie! You can’t make water flow uphill! So what doesn’t evaporate, seeps into the sub base and makes it not structural!
