Mold Remeadition contractor is back trying to do what they should have done as they were removing the old roof. Sealing the Mold back inside
So now they are power washing the mold from under the edges of the new roof. The mold should have been removed as they were exposing it during the old roof removal. They knew the mold was there, that’s why they were replacing the roof. So now it’s all inside under the metal roof, and they can’t get to it to remove all of it. So it will just grow inside the building. And they were power washing under the overhang in the front. This puts water inside the building.
So now they have ACMs (asbestos containing materials) in the Ceiling Popcorn, and the old floors.
The crews don’t have a clue as to what is required to do proper Hazardous Materials Removals. And the city is worse. By law they need to have a CFR1910.120 Hazwoper Supervisor overseeing all the work. To make sure it’s done right, and complete.
