Poured Concrete Before Lunch, Pulled Forms Right After Lunch!

So I have never seen a Company Form a Concrete Curb, Pour it just before Lunch, and Pull the Forms right after lunch.

And Pump Out a hole that’s been full of water for weeks, so all the surrounding base rock is Saturated. And dump new Fill in the wet hole to make it look good. Such pour workmanship!

And again, no Inspection Of the Work, no new EWO (Engineering Work Order) that shows the change in elevation, and allowing the whole area not to drain the Rain water. The New Access Ramp In G Park still won’t be to ADA Codes!

And the other Two entrances to the Park and the New Bike Path Are too steep. No one in a wheelchair can make it up the slope. They should have been brought up to ADA Codes by Law when doing such a large Upgrade job.
