Proof the sub base work, and the testing wasn’t done as city said
This is the proof that the city was given and they decided to write a whole lot of lies to cover up the fraudulent construction practices
The fill that they used to cover up the fact that the sub base work was never done would never pass any screening tests for proper Compaction. Also it proves the fact that the city is lying about the proper testing being done!
