Rohnert Park Crash Victim Identified
The Rohnert Park Harley rider was killed Saturday in a crash in Santa Rosa. Witnesses say he was travelling at a high rate of speed.

Santa Rosa police have identified a motorcyclist who died in a crash Saturday afternoon as Andy Maya Arango, 23, of Rohnert Park.
Arango had a Class C vehicle license but did not have a license to operate a motorcycle, Santa Rosa police Sgt. Ryan Corcoran said.
He was riding a black 2015 Harley Davidson motorcycle at a high rate of speed north on North Dutton Avenue in the lane closest to the center of the road near Guaymas Court around 1:40 p.m. Saturday, Corcoran said. He then turned into the lane closest to the curb to pass a vehicle traveling at the 40 mph speed limit and lost control of the motorcycle on a slight bend in the road, Corcoran said.
