When they arrived there, Bartlett told the man to take him to another location, and when the man refused, Bartlett poured an unknown liquid into the interior of the truck and threatened the owner.
The owner still refused, and Bartlett lit a match and set the inside of the truck on fire. The owner jumped out the truck, and it rolled into a pole. Bartlett's clothes also caught fire, and he got out of the truck and ran away with his clothes still on fire.
