So this is what you get when the city does their jobs.

So the work with the new roof is winding down. Here’s what is left to do. I bet they paid them at least $650,000.00 for the work they did.

All lights, and wiring going to them. And the switch boxes.

All the drains from the new and old roof drains.

All the doors that are rotting.

there are cracks in all the stucco, in all of the exterior walls. That’s where moister is leaking in and causing more hidden mold.

The wall bolts holding the walls to the structure are rusting, and some of the nuts are completely missing.

All the air vents must be cleaned. since the air comes on and off, it has mold inside. They also could be hiding ACMs from the ceiling in the accumulated dust throughout the building.

All the Electrical Power boxes are out of code.
