Spending a million, and it will still be ACM Contaminated!
On going ACM work at Goldridge Recreation Center on up to Requirements.
Let’s start with not one warning sign on whole building.Building with known mold and ACMs hazards not secured. Mold Remediation work not following proper materials to seal mold.Mold Remediation Contractors can’t remove ACMs. Must be a Asbestos Abatement certified contractor. ACM Popcorn Ceiling Material must be removed when doing a major remolding/repairs.Your Asbestos containing floor tiles like in the Class Rooms are being Cut and Removed by a non certified Asbestos contractor.Fry-able ends of the floor tiles that they are replacing the floor underneath it are left open. And your inspector was there and let’s it all happen.In fact I think he told the contractor to keep me out of the building because I have been showing you what the Projects Group is up to. Too late. You people need help!And I checked all City Council and Planning meeting notes on the dates provided to me on my request for public information, and didn’t get any except the 01/18/2017 report that the city has been sitting on. No authority to spend all this money on a 35 year old building that never brought in $25,000.00 a year profit. No specification! What’s up with this. No bid job specification?
