They continue to dump money into Goldridge Recreation Center

They are bidding out another job on the Goldridge Recreation Center on a building full of Asbestos Containing Materials. All the popcorn ceilings and Linoleum flooring, and Mold that was just painted over, and not removed. But the park across the street has always been the bottom of the city’s Parks.

None of the sidewalks and Paths meet the requirements that the ADA requirements clearly state.

and the city keeps driving their utility vehicles in the sidewalks and it breaks the sides down.

Besides the Out of Federal Public Playground Safety Requirements, and the class three water attraction right next to the playground.

Update: you can see they just painted over the mold, and you can see the old dirty Popcorn Ceiling that has ACMs in it. And it can’t be cleaned, or handled by anyone not certified for Asbestos Remeadition.

and you can’t let the mold stay. They didn’t do any Remeadition of the Mold. They just temporarily covered it. That’s not proper remeadition.

And you can’t just paint over dusty popcorn ceilings. The asbestos will get exposed with touching.
