Update on the Goldridge Recreation Center Epic Waste of Funds!
So like I have been saying, the building isn't Structural Sound, and inside is Full of ACMs (Asbestos Containing Materials) and Mold!
So I sent a update about your contaminated, out of Code Goldridge Recreation Center Buildings Exterior Defects. And it went to all City Council and Managers.
As you can see all the things wrong with the building. Cracks, holes into the stucco where the old gutter drains were held up. Rusting inside of stucco.Cracks all over.Roof drains going nowhere.Walls held together with steel tie rods. Rusting inside.Rusting doors.Falling light.All lighting out of current codes.All power boxes out of code.Main power to building is out of code, and wide open to the public.Are you all that stupid? I will be exposing you all as you sink all our money into this death trap.As the cover up of the ACMs and the mold, floors continues on the inside, I will continue to expose the corruption and incompetence that is blatant in this project.Like your non ADA Compliant Creek Path that’s only 8’ wide instead of 10’ wide as required!
