Update on our million dollar hole in the wall, still waiting info
This is the city's effort to cover up a mold outbreak that they have been hiding for 4 years they have been sitting on the Mold Report,
So I’m still waiting to get all the public information in this project. I haven’t received any, except the final report from the Mold Remeadition Contractor that finished the investigation, and the written report on 01/18/2017. So that means by the Time the city got the funding for the investigation, it had to be in the middle of 2016.
Now they have spent hundreds of thousands of tax dollars covering it up. And it can’t end because the whole building has ACMs Asbestos Containing Materials, like the popcorn ceilings and all the floors. In the mold investigation they even told the city that the mold remeadition company can’t remove the mold if it’s on ACM materials.
So didn’t the second one they just hired to cover it up. But not remove it. He told them the same. ACMs must be removed with the mold on it under the tight Asbestos restraints and PPE.
So here’s what we have so far for around $600,000.00. I guess, they are hiding all the public information from me.
