The Friends of the James Blackstone Memorial Library are part of these activities and are reintroducing abbreviated Spring Book Sales scheduled to run on two weekends. The Friends have collected thousands of used books during 2020, which have been carefully sorted. This inventory will be available for purchase to the public with its continued support. Masks must be worn and social distances kept. A restricted number of shoppers will be admitted into the warehouse at the same time. This protocol will be followed all days of the sales. Realizing these circumstances, it is hoped that you will continue to support us.
The goals of the Friends of Blackstone include maintaining a focus of public attention on the Library, stimulating use of the Library’s resources, receiving and encouraging gifts, and supporting and cooperating with the James Blackstone Memorial Library in developing its services and facilities to benefit the community.
