• Emily Martone, 29, of 183 Main St. Apt. 8 is charged with breach of peace, interfering with a police officer, assault on a police officer, and third-degree criminal mischief.
• Thomas Schutte, 38, of 15 Prospect St. is charged with disorderly conduct.
• Holly Lewis, 23, of 5 Joan Ct in East Haven is charged with fourth-degree larceny.
• Edith Marie Hodak, 61, of 452 Middletown Ave. in New Haven, is charged with second-degree robbery and fifth-degree larceny.
• John Elliot, 35, of 1079 Ella Grasso Blvd. in New Haven is charged with violation of a protective order and violation of a restraining order.
• Laura Grigor, 47, of 25 Dogwood Ln is charged with operation while under the influence, operating a motor vehicle under suspension, and disobeying officer’s signal in a construction zone.
• Patricio Portilla-Andrade, 31, of 61 Woodward Ave. in New Haven in charged with operation under the influence and making a wrong turn.
• Terrence Batts, 39, of 611 Howard Ave. in New Haven is charged with illegally obtaining drugs, possession of a hallucinogen, and conspiracy.
• Dawn Kim Bower, 40, of 386 Boston St. in Guilford is charged with sixth-degree larceny.
• Robyn Michelle Stasiak, 44, of 58 Montoya Dr. is charged with sixth-degree larceny and failure to respond to an infraction.
• Deanna Trammell, 48, of 1300 Townsend Ave. in New Haven is charged with first-degree criminal trespass.
