• Miranda Rosemarie Baldassare, 20, of 72 Cosey Beach Ave. Apt. 4 in East Haven is charged with sixth-degree larceny.
• Ramon Capacete, 31, of 17 Providence Ave. in Shelton is charged with third-degree conspiracy to commit larceny.
• Julio Ortiz Gonzalez, 24, of 20 Powell St. in Lowell, MA is charged with breach of peace and interfering with an officer.
• Ryan Juliano, 18, of 221 Dodge Ave. in East Haven is charged with sixth-degree larceny.
• Joshua Tamer, 18, of 711 Silver Sands Rd. in East Haven is charged with sixth-degree larceny.
• Samuel Blackstone, 22, of 146 Damascus Rd. is charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
• Christopher M. Ostby, 27, of 727 Robert Frost Dr. is charged with second-degree failure to appear, sixth-degree larceny, and third-degree robbery.
