Paul A. Pastet, 38, of Short Beach Road, Branford, was charged with risk of injury and second-degree reckless endangerment at 7:10 p.m. on April 17. His court date was set for April 30. Arresting officer: J. Abely
Stephen Armen Blackshear, 22, of Girard Avenue, Philadelphia (PA), was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 11:30 a.m. on April 18. His court date was set for April 30. Arresting officer: R. Hart
Jillian L. Dotson, 22, of Weber Street, East Haven, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy at 6:34 p.m. on April 18. Her court date was set for April 30. Arresting officer: M. Andrew
