Mark Casagrande, 37, of Stratford, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Alison Hayley Hughes, 33, of Madison, was charged with violation of a protective order, third-degree assault, interfering with an officer/resisting arrest and second-degree breach of peace.

Ryan M. Kilbride, 42, of Branford, was charged with second-degree threatening.
Elizabeth Santulli, 31, of East Hampton, was charged with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace.
April 8
Eric M. Carrera, 30, of New Haven, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny.
April 9
Nicholas Dominic Palermo, 31, West Haven, was charged with third-degree assault, second-degree threatening, second-degree unlawful restraint, second-degree reckless endangerment, and disorderly conduct.
April 10
Matthew Joshua Eldridge, 38, of Seymour, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass, violation of a protective order, second-degree threatening, second-degree unlawful restraint, and disorderly conduct.
