Justin Tourangeau, 33, of East Haven, was charged with violation of probation.

Nicholas Edwards-Chieppo, 32, of Branford, was charged with third-degree stalking and second-degree harassment.

Feb. 26

Albert R. Ayuso, 44, of East Haven, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

An Hong Nguyen, 38, of Ansonia, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Feb. 27

Angela M. Ferraiolo, 42, of no address listed, was charged with violation of probation.

Veronica Denise Heron, 33, of Waterbury, was charged with first-degree identity theft, second-degree larceny, and fraudulent use of an ATM.

Angela Tobey, 42, listed as homeless, was charged with first-degree criminal mischief, second-degree larceny, third-degree larceny and third-degree burglary.

Feb. 28

Melissa M. Tracy, 28, of Branford, was charged with second-degree breach of peace.

Meghan Ryan Boudreau, 32, of Branford, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, second offense, evading responsibility with injury and/or property damage and failure to drive in the proper lane.

March 1

Kennasia Graham, 25, of New Haven, was charged with first-degree failure to appear and second-degree failure to appear.

Conor Francis Callahan, 27, of Hamden, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Joseph M. Abel, 58, of Branford, was charged with second-degree violation of conditional release.
