March 15
Michael P. Dingwall, 37, listed as homeless by police, was charged with first-degree failure to appear in court.

March 16
Anthony V. Neenan, 32, of West Haven, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass, first-degree violation of a conditional release, interfering with an emergency call, and disorderly conduct.

Stephen Orts, 34, of Madison, was charged with second-degree criminal mischief and third-degree breach of peace.
James Joseph Palumbo, 61, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree harassment.
Christopher Steven Raucci, 19, of East Haven, was charged with operating a drug factory and sale of a controlled substance.
Ronald Tamer, 49, of East Haven was charged with third-degree larceny, first-degree failure to appear in court and seven counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.
March 20
Steven T. Beski, 26, of Branford, was charged with illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle and possession of a controlled substance.
March 21
Noel C. Cooper, 25, of Branford, was charged with violation of a protective order and disorderly conduct.
