Frank Giulietti, 33, of New Haven was charged with second-degree sexual assault.

Emerson Laspina, 22, of Branford, was charged with illegal operation of an emergency vehicle and reckless driving.

Eric H. Perkins, 33, of Branford, was charged with second-degree failure to appear and fourth-degree larceny.

March 4

Javon Adrian Clark, 32, of Branford, was charged with cruelty to animals.

March 6

Janet M. Stonier, 65, of Branford, was charged with first-degree reckless endangerment and driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

March 8

Gregory Francis Brady, 60, of Branford, was charged with disorderly conduct.
