Thomas Juliano, 58, of New Haven, was charged with third-degree larceny.

David Tobey, 39, of Fort McCoy, FL, was charged with four counts of first-degree failure to appear and three counts of second-degree failure to appear.
March 26
George Henry Napolitan, 59, of Branford, was charged with third-degree strangulation/suffocation, violation of a protective order, second-degree threatening and disorderly conduct.
Catherine Marie Rasmus, 37, no permanent address listed, was charged with violation of probation.
