Branford Recreation Opens Registration for Teen Travel Program

The program runs from Tuesday, July 5 to Friday, Aug. 5.

The Branford Recreation Department announced Friday, April 15 that registration for the Branford Recreation Department’s annual Summer Teen Travel Program has begun. Teen Travel will begin Tuesday, July 5 with orientation and run through Friday, Aug. 5. The program is designed for Branford Boys and Girls in grades seven and and higher as of September 2016. The total fee for the program is $500 per child.

Teen Travel includes supervised activities and field trips during the summer and to allow boys and girls to get out and meet other children within their own age group. Trips include Six Flags, Lake Compounce, Spirit Cruise in New York City, Brownstone Discovery Park, Medieval Times and whitewater rafting.
