Godzilla In Branford Making A Wish Come True For 4-Year-Old Boy

BRANFORD, CT —Godzilla came to Branford, as promised, to make a wish come true.

WPLR's Chaz and AJ, teamed up with “Make-A-Wish” Connecticut and raised just over $10,000 in 24 hours to grant 4-year-old Seth's wish. He was was born with a heart issue that required surgery five days after being born. His wish was to take a camping trip down south in an RV with his family. To make that happen for Seth, $10,000 needed to be raised. And that's what Chaz and AJ did.

AJ donned the costume and is spending the day with Seth and his family and friends, including Branford police.

Godzilla began the day in Branford at Premier Subaru and then set off for various town landmarks, including the police department where he met Seth for the very first time. Next, they were to walk to the Town Green where they’ll stop and enjoy a quick picnic lunch featuring Seth’s favorite food, pizza.
