Guilford Log Cabin Will Soon Be On Popular Television Show
The log cabin is up for sale and soon it will be on a popular HGTV show; the owners are actually hoping it may sell before the show airs.
GUILFORD, CT - A Guilford woman who owns a log cabin in Guilford will have the home featured on a popular television show in the near future.
Michele Connor, who owns a dog grooming shop in Branford called Bark Avenue Dog Salon, along with her husband Scott and family will have their Guilford log cabin featured on HGTV’s Log Cabin Living.
Connor said the production crew from Warm Springs Production “filmed our home back in February and the show will be airing sometime early in 2019 on Log Cabin Living.”

The home is located at 21 Great Hill Road in Guilford and Conor said it is actually currently on the market for $499,999.
Connor said she got on the show because: “the producers, Warm Springs Productions, reached out to me and asked if they could film our house for HGTVs Log Cabin Living. They saw it listed for sale online. My husband and I and the dogs had to leave the house for the whole day and they totally staged the house. Film crews were here from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. They also had a droid taking aerial photos.”

Connor said while the family loves the log cabin - they’ve lived in it for 13 years - they have decided to move South if they can sell the log cabin.
While the cabin will be on television early next year, Connor and her family are actually hoping the home may sell before then.
She explained that the show “only uses home that are for sale.”
