'My Mom Is My Absolute Best Friend,' Branford Woman Says

BRANFORD, CT — Whether it's through their personality, looks, hobbies or a combination of everything, daughters become a reflection of the woman who raised them. With Mother's Day 2018 right around the corner, we are celebrating that special bond by inviting Patch readers across Connecticut to share their "mother-daughter lookalike" photos.

In Branford, Taylor Miller says, "I get all of the time that me and my mom look like sisters! Of course she takes that as a compliment. As I’m getting older, she’s realizing that I am a spitting-image of her. My mom is my absolute best friend and I wish I can give her the world. She is an amazing person inside and out which I remind her all of the time. Happy Mother’s Day to my best friend/mom!"
