Obituary: Craig Leigh Levesh, 65, of Branford
Craig, a mentor, friend and second father to many, deeply loved family and volunteered with his kids' scouting, sports & theater programs.

Craig Leigh Levesh, 65, of Branford, passed away on April 24th. He was the beloved husband of Terri Gentile Levesh, with whom he shared his life for 48 years, and loving father to Jarrett Leigh and Taylor Dawn Levesh. Son of the late Fredrick H. and Florence Kamb Levesh, Craig was a life-long Branford resident who graduated from Branford High School in the Class of 1974, and Alfred University in 1980. Craig owned and operated MLK Business Forms in New Haven with his brother, Fred.
Craig is survived by his sister, Patricia (Michael) Levesh-Raabe and the late Frederick (Sharon) Levesh, as well as many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.

Craig cherished his relationships and served many people throughout his life in Branford, and beyond, and is considered a mentor, supporter, friend, and ‘second father,’ to many who will dearly miss him. He was a lifelong volunteer for organizations his children were involved in including his childhood Boy Scout Troop 428 at the Tabor Lutheran Church, Girl Scout troop 434, Branford’s musical theater programs and multiple Branford youth sports programs including football and lacrosse.

Those who loved Craig will remember his wit, sense of humor, his commitment to keeping connections with people even if he only met them briefly, his deep love for his family and his extended family that included many of his children’s friends, his love of Hawaiian shirts, and his passion for the sun and sand of Cape Cod where he spent summers from his youth throughout his life. He will be dearly missed by many.
