Obituary: Mildred J. Annenberg, 81, formerly of Branford

She was the owner of Wedding Dreams in Southern California for many years, where she helped many young couples plan their weddings.

Mildred J. Annenberg, formerly of Branford, died peacefully on Saturday, June 26, 2021 at Connecticut Hospice in Branford with her family at her side. “Millie” was born in New Haven on May 30, 1940, daughter of the late Stanley and Susanna Nemit Stone.

She was the owner of Wedding Dreams in Southern California for many years, where she helped many young couples plan their weddings.

Mildred is survived by her daughters, Elizabeth (Chris) Thompson of Lake Oswego, OR and Sue (Scott) Hodson of Bend, OR; her grandchildren, Jeff, John, Madeline, Ruby, and Jack; and her brothers, John (Roberta) Ottenbreit and Gary (Patty) Ottenbreit, both of Branford.

Relatives and friends are invited to a Mass of Christian Burial, Friday morning July 2nd, at 9:00am in the Parish of St. Pio of Pietrelcina at Our Lady of Pompeii Church, East Haven. Burial will follow in All Saints Cemetery, North Haven. For directions and online memorial see www.wsclancy.com
