Obituary: Patricia Sheehan Santoro, 72, of Branford
A giving person, she loved sports, especially the UConn Huskies, and had been active with the Branford Republican Town Committee.
Patricia Sheehan Santoro of Branford died Wednesday March 24, 2021 at her home. She was the beloved wife of Chester “Chet” Santoro. Patricia was born in Washington, D. C. on May 28, 1948, a daughter of the late Edward Sheehan and Irene Perreault Sheehan.
She had worked as a senior purchasing buyer for Zygo for many years prior to retiring. Patricia was a very giving, passionate person. She was always available to help others, often putting others needs ahead of her own. She loved sports, especially the UConn Huskies. She had been active with the Branford Republican Town Committee.

Besides her husband she is survived by her children, Jeffrey Rick (Matthew Stent) of Charlotte, NC, Rachel McLean of Orlando, FL, and Ryan Santoro of Branford; her siblings, Margaret “Peggy” Stamp, John Sheehan and Jean Malave.A funeral service will be held Tuesday March 30, 2021 at 11:30 in the W. S. Clancy Memorial Funeral Home, 244 North Main Street, Branford. Burial will follow in St. Agnes Cemetery. Friends may call prior to the funeral from 10:00 – 11:30.
